Google has been launching a new telecommunication services on 2009. This new services are called Google Voice. These services is offering web-based applications such as free PC-to-PC voice calling worldwide for Google Voice users, Video Chat browser plugin, and also free PC-to-phone calls into and within North America. There are many features that Google Voice provides for its users, such as unlimited free calls and SMS within USA and Canada, affordable calling international phone numbers, call screening, blocking calls features, voicemail transcripts, call routing, notification of voicemail messages, forward or voicemails downloading, conference calling, viewing the web inbox from mobile device, and more.

Google Voice is enabling people, especial who live in USA and Canada, to be able to make phone calls through internet with affordable rates. It is also offering some additional services that ease its users in using the services. The additional services are including;
  1. Caller Line Identification (CLID). It is being used to be forwarding the incoming calls to the user’s telephone services.
  2.  Mobile Phone Applications. It uses mobile applications that enable Google Android, Blackberry, and iPhone to placing the outgoing calls through its services in automatic.
 Integration into Gmail. Users who have already Gmail account are not required to make a new account in order to use these services.
