HTC Cha Cha is now known as the newest HTC mobile phone and apparently
it has been sued since it uses the same name just like the Cha Cha mobile
phone. This newest HTC phone will be released as Facebook phone where it
provides direct application to Facebook and it’s just also the same service
given by Cha Cha mobile phone. Cha Cha service placed its lawsuit since it
feels that the HTC mobile phone doesn’t seem to give appreciation to its
dedication in releasing the Cha Cha brand.
Cha Cha has starting its service
since 2006 and in 2009 it decided to expand its service by providing mobile
phones which gives people chance to ask any questions via text message voice
message and also to receive any responses within only minutes HTC Cha Cha which is going to be
released is considered as product with improper brand name since it can trigger
people’s assumption that the mobile phone from HTC has an affiliation with Cha
Cha service.
This new mobile phone from HTC
will be released with 2.6 inches of screen and soon will be in the USA
market this year. Cha Cha has placed its official letter in February but the
HTC counsel who is located in Taiwan
seemed to fail in giving fast and necessary respond related to its HTC Cha Cha.
