HTC’s taking its clash with Samsung into court

Responding the problem which involve between HTC and Samsung, HTC’s ready to against Samsung by taking their issues into court. To begin with, HTC is now seeking the declaratory judgment before it’s being sued by Samsung in the end of March. It happens since the Samsung do likely mind when HTC use the name “Inspire” for its product. Samsung claimed that the company has already own trademark called “Inspiration”, something that’s pretty similar with “Inspire”.

Unfortunately, it hasn’t even cleared that Samsung’s going to use that name for its product since it’s just merely plan. In other words, Samsung haven’t really used that word as its product. Though, Samsung does complain HTC for not using that name to be put on HTC’s products. Therefore, Samsung’s also asking HTC for stopping to use that product. Samsung believes that the use of “Inspire” on one of HTC’s product will confuse the customers and it’s not good for Samsung’s marketing business.

While in the other hand, HTC’s then respond that claim faster by doing one step higher than Samsung. HTC’s recently preparing to sue Samsung back with the consideration that HTC has the same right for using that name. Previously, HTC faces quite similar problems with several phone companies such as Apple and St Clair.
