How to Manually Install the Android Update

Android update is now about released and it comes into the Motorola Droid X which is supported by Android 2.3.3. Surely everyone is really excited to see how it comes and what updates they can find in the phone. This Android update means that it comes as the Gingerbread and it is now the latest technology for Android. It has the system version of 4.5.588. If you just can’t wait for the automatic update, you can get it by doing it manually and you can find any information on how to do it.

Actually we are expecting that the Verizon will let us know whether this Android update is real or not but apparently they haven’t said anything about it. So,
does everybody see this already in market? Well, above anything, we are still able to give it a try manually. So, how to do it?

First, we have to download the related file. Then, rename the file with “update.zip” and soon move the file to the microSD card of Droid X. Afterward, we need to power the Droid X off. You should hold the home buttons down and also the power button. And soon when you can see the logo of Motorola appears, you can just let the power button go. Soon, as you can see Droid with exclamation mark, you have to press search key only once. Finally, you can choose to install the file and the Android update will soon be in your Droid X.
